Mindie Dodson SF Dykes on Bikes Pride Parade Portraits

Mindie Dodson, former President and current Board of Directors member of San Francisco Dikes on Bikes prepares for the upcoming  Pride Parade.  Dykes on Bikes is celebrating its 40th Anniversary. Mindie will be both at the head of the parade and on the stage at Civic Center at the end of the parade.  She needed a bad-ass portrait of her on her Harley Davidson 2014 Ultra Limited to show on the Jumbo-tron.  I was glad to oblige.Former President of Dykes on Bikes, Mindie Dodson, prepares for the upcoming San Francisco Pride Parade. Mindie also gives her time and talent to the SF AIDS Foundation by volunteering to the AIDS Lifecycle ride.  For the last 5 years, she donates her time for the weeklong ride from SF to LA as a member of the moto-safety team.  When I last rode the AIDS Lifecycle ride in 2014, Mindie and I shared more than a few laughs on the road. In fact, I purposefully decorated my helmet with flowers so that she would recognize me on the road, have a little friendly break and take a few photos.  This was taken on Red Dress Day.Shoey-Sindel-Mindie-Dodson-AIDSLifecycle-2014Thank you dear Mindie for having me photograph you. Have a great AIDS Ride and a blast at Pride.
